Why can’t I transfer funds to my bank account?

Goldie works hard to ensure that we get you the money you earn from clients as quickly as possible. You can learn more about how to pay out funds to your bank account in this article.


To successfully receive funds into your bank account, you must have connected a checking account from your bank to Goldie. Savings and other non-checking accounts will not be able to receive payouts.


For new accounts created with Goldie, payouts may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience as we review the activity associated with this account. Please allow 2-3 business days for payouts to be made.


If you received an error message from Goldie saying that you are unable to transfer any more funds to your bank account, contact our customer support team. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


For Goldie subscribers located in all other countries (besides the U.S., U.K., and Canada), contact Stripe’s support team if you are unable to transfer funds to your bank account. To do so, visit https://support.stripe.com/ and log in with your Stripe account information.
