With the Goldie Client Account system, if you are a customer of a Goldie user, you are now able to manage your own appointments. We created the system to allow you to pay for your service, confirm an appointment, rebook or cancel the event, add it to their calendars, or even leave reviews.
How to use the new feature? It's simple! From your business provider online booking page, tap/click on the sign in button and follow the steps below:
1. Create an Account:
You can seamlessly create your Goldie accounts from multiple entry points:
A. Booking Website: While you are on the Online Booking link to schedule an appointment, before tapping on the Book Now button, tap on the "Sign In" button to configure your appointment management account.
B. After Booking: After you booked an appointment, you will receive a prompt to create an account.
C. Direct Link: The business provider can share the link with you, "book.heygoldie.com/client/create-account," and you can easily access it.
*Note: You can book an appointment with the business without creating an account; however, we encourage you to create one for a streamlined appointment management.
After the first step (creating the account) is completed, you must verify the email addresses. Failure to do so results in deletion after 7 days.
2. How to sign in:
The client appointment management system can be accessed on various platforms: mobile devices, tablets, or computers.
Mobile/Tablet:
Sign-in options are conveniently located across the homepage and in the left menu. After sign-in, clients will see a dedicated icon to access their account.
Desktop:
The sign-in button is prominently placed in the upper right corner.
3. Account Management
With the client management app, you can update your own profile (this will also update in the Goldie app), manage appointments, rebook appointments, pay for appointments, leave reviews, or add the card on file for future payments.
When accessing the main appointments page, all events are categorized into upcoming and past, with relevant actions for each.
*Note: Updates to mobile phone numbers, email, and birthdays will NOT update the information saved on the business account.
Also, deleted appointments are removed from the client's view. Deleting your business Goldie account will eventually result in removing associated client data.
4. Adding a payment method
When clicking on the Payments button (upper left), you will be able to see a list of all businesses with which you have an appointment. By clicking on the "Add card on file," you will be able to save your card for upcoming booked appointments. You can manage your payment methods and replace or even remove your cards.
5. Leave a review
Lastly, by clicking on the "Leave a review" button you are able to share your feedback on how was your experience with the service provider. The review will be published on the online booking page after the user's approval.
*Final Note: A convenience feature for mobile users allows easy access to Goldie appointments directly from the home screen. You can save the webpage on your own device by following these steps: click on the "Add to Home Screen" button.
