How do I reset my password?

You can easily reset the password to your Goldie account by taking the following steps:

1. Open the Goldie App & Tap "Continue with Email." When prompted, tap on the option that says "Forgot password." Your email address will automatically appear. Tap on "Reset password" to continue.

2. Check Your Email: Goldie will email you a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your inbox. The link provided in the email can only be used once and is valid for 24 hours. 

→ Open the email and click on the link within this time frame.

3. Set a New Password: Once you've opened the link, you'll be taken to a Goldie page where you can enter a new password. Choose a secure password and enter it in the provided fields.

4. Log Back In. You can now reopen the Goldie app and click "Continue with email" to log in using your email address and the new password you set.

*Note: If you created your account using Social Sign-In Methods (Google, Apple, or Facebook), you must sign in using the same sign-in method.
