What Is the Rebook Button?
Rebook is a shortcut in the Appointment details screen that lets you create a follow-up appointment for a client in seconds. Instead of building the appointment from scratch, Goldie pre-fills everything: the client, any sub-clients, and all services and add-ons, so all you need to do is pick a new date and time.
It's designed for situations where a client wants to come back for the same services, saving you the steps of searching, selecting, and re-entering details you've already set up before.
When Does Rebook Appear?
The Rebook button appears in the bottom action bar of any single-client appointment once its start time has passed. It doesn't matter what status the appointment has; it will show for:
• Completed appointments
• Confirmed appointments whose time has passed
• Cancelled appointments
• No-show appointments
Rebook is only available for single-client appointments. It does not appear on appointments with multiple clients.
How to Rebook an Appointment
Open any past single-client appointment from your calendar or client profile.
Tap the Rebook button in the bottom action bar.
You're taken to the Set new date & time screen.
Choose the new date and time, then confirm to create the appointment.
Prices are always pulled fresh from your services list at the time of rebooking, not from the original appointment. If you've updated your rates since the last visit, the new appointment will reflect your current pricing.

Does Rebook copy the price from the original appointment?

Does it copy discounts or special rates from the original?
No — only the client, sub-client, services, and add-ons are copied. Any discounts, custom prices, or loyalty rewards from the original appointment are not carried over. You can apply them manually after rebooking if needed.
Can I rebook a cancelled or no-show appointment?
Yes. Rebook appears on all past single-client appointments regardless of status, including cancelled and no-show ones.
Can I change the services after tapping Rebook?
Yes. The pre-filled services are just a starting point. Once you're in the new appointment flow, you can add, remove, or edit services and add-ons before confirming.
Does Rebook work for appointments that haven't happened yet?
No. The Rebook button only appears once an appointment's start time has passed.
Will the new appointment automatically use the client's available loyalty reward?
If the client has an available loyalty reward and all eligibility conditions are met, it will be applied automatically to the new appointment — just as it would for any newly created single-client appointment.
