Login and account access troubleshooting

What to do when you can't log in to Goldie: fixing login errors, missing verification emails, resetting your password, regaining access after changing phones, and recovering a hacked account.

If you are having trouble getting into your Goldie account, find the section below that matches your situation. Each section is self-contained, so you can jump straight to the one you need.

I can't log in to my account

  • Confirm you are using the same login method you originally signed up with (for example, email, Google, or Apple). Signing up with Google and then trying to log in with an email and password will not work because no password was ever set.

  • Check that you are entering the correct email address. If you have more than one email, try each one.

  • Make sure the Goldie app is updated to the latest version, then close it completely and reopen it.

  • If you use email and password, reset your password using the steps in the next section.

My verification or login email is not arriving

  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for an email from Goldie.

  • Confirm you entered the correct email address, then request the code again.

  • Wait a minute or two before requesting a new code, as codes can take a short time to arrive.

Note: If nothing arrives after several attempts, contact [email protected] from the email address on the account so the team can verify and assist.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, select the option to reset your password, then enter the email address linked to your account. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. If the email does not arrive, follow the steps in the section above about verification emails not arriving.

I changed my phone — will I still have access?

Your account is tied to your login credentials, not to a specific device. To regain access on a new phone, download the Goldie app and log in with the same method and email you used before. Your data is stored with your account and will be available once you log back in.

If you signed up with a phone number and no longer have access to that number, contact [email protected] so the team can help verify your identity.

How do I keep my account secure?

Turn on 2-step verification to add an extra layer of protection, requiring a second confirmation to log in. Use a login method you control and keep your recovery email up to date.

Still locked out?

If none of these steps restore access, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account.
