Can I Access My Reports After Downgrading?

Learn what happens to your reports when you move to the Starter plan, and how to keep the records you need for taxes.

Longer-term reports are included in the Pro and Pro Plus plans. If you move to Starter, here's what you can still see and how to keep the records you need.

What You Can See on Starter

On Starter, you can open the Day tab of your reports for recent days, up to 5 days back and 5 days ahead, and use its actions, including Export. The Week, Month, Year, and Custom tabs show an upgrade message.

Your appointment and payment data stays in your account, so your reports are complete again as soon as you upgrade.

Your Expenses After Downgrading

Expenses you've added stay in your account, and you can still view the list in Expenses. Adding or editing expenses requires Pro Plus.

Before You Downgrade

Export the periods you'll need, such as your full tax year, while you're still on Pro or Pro Plus. Use the Year or Custom tab in each report and tap Export.

Need a Report for a Past Period?

If you've already downgraded and need a longer report (for example, for taxes), you can upgrade to Pro to unlock the Week, Month, Year, and Custom tabs again, then export what you need.

Keeping a Copy of Your Client List

Reports don't include your clients' contact details. To save your client list, see How do I export my Goldie data?.
