Can my staff members access the Payment feature?

Subscribers on Team plans can set up Payment processing through Goldie to help them level up their businesses. The Account Owner is the only user on a Team account who can set up Payments or change Payments settings (as each Goldie account has only one linked Stripe Account).


Staff Member and Admin users who are not account owners will have the following changes to their Payments experiences:


  • They will not see the “Payments” tab on the menu, and
  • They will not see the “Payments” option on the Settings page.


However, users with Staff Member or Admin permissions will still be able to collect deposits, payments, and tips from their clients.
