How do messages work on Goldie Pro and Team plans?

Pro and Team plan subscribers can use Goldie's fully automated messaging system to easily send reminders to clients. 

Because these messages are sent by Goldie's system, they come from a generic phone number. Customer replies will be forwarded to the mobile number associated with your Goldie account.

Both plans include a set number of monthly messages, which are used whenever you send or receive a client message. 

The Pro plan includes 500 monthly messages for users in the US, UK, and Canada (200 for other countries), and the Team plan includes 700 reminders. 

Subscribers on Pro and Team plans can easily change their settings to send messages directly from their devices (as outlined in this article).
