How do I change the bank account?

Goldie has made it even more convenient for users to manage their payments by allowing them to update their bank account information within the app. Whether you've switched banks or simply need to make a change, we've got you covered. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to update your bank account for Goldie Payments, ensuring that your earnings are always directed to the right place.


Before You Begin


Before you proceed with updating your bank account information, make sure you have already activated the payment system in your Goldie app. If you haven't done this yet, you can follow the comprehensive guide, "How do I set up Payments."


Updating Your Bank Account:


  1. Open the Goldie App: Start by opening the Goldie app on your device.

  2. Access the Payments Section: In the app, navigate to Menu > Payments section. 

  3. Tap the Three Dots: Next to your current bank account digits, you'll notice three dots. Tap on these dots to access more options.

  4. Access Stripe: A page from Stripe, our secure payment partner, will load. On the Stripe page, you will be able to change your bank account information. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter the new bank account details accurately.

  5. Confirm the Changes: After entering the new bank account information, double-check to ensure it's correct. Any future payouts will be sent to this new bank account.

  6. Save the Changes: Once you're confident that the information is accurate, save the changes. Your updated bank account will now be linked to your Goldie Payments account.
