How do messages work on Goldie Pro and Pro Plus plans?

Pro and Pro Plus plan subscribers can easily send reminders to clients using Goldie's fully automated messaging system. 

Because these messages are sent by Goldie's system, they come from a generic phone number. Customer replies will be forwarded to the mobile number associated with your Goldie account.

Both plans include a set number of monthly messages used whenever you send or receive a client message. 

The Pro plan includes 500 monthly messages for users in the US, UK, and Canada (200 for other countries), and the Pro Plus plan includes 750 reminders. 

Subscribers on Pro and Pro Plus plans can easily change their settings to send messages directly from their devices (as outlined in this article).
