Canceled and no-show appointments stay on your calendar so you can see what happened at a glance. If you'd rather not see them at all, you can now hide every one of them in a single step instead of hiding them one by one.
You can still hide a single appointment by tapping it and choosing Hide it from the calendar. That menu is explained in Calendar Views, Appointment Icons, and Canceled Appointments.
Hide All Canceled and No-show Appointments at Once
The first time you hide a canceled or no-show appointment from your calendar, Goldie hides it and asks, "Hide all canceled and no-show appointments?"
You have two options:
Hide all removes every canceled and no-show appointment from your calendar. You'll see the message "Canceled and no-show appointments hidden."
Just this one hides only the appointment you selected. Closing the popup does the same.
The popup appears only once on each device, no matter which option you choose. If you've hidden appointments before, you'll still see it the first time you hide one after updating Goldie.
Show or Hide Them Anytime From Settings
To change this setting in Goldie, go to Settings → Calendar.
Use the Show canceled and no-show appointments on the calendar toggle:
On (the default): all canceled and no-show appointments appear on your calendar.
Off: all canceled and no-show appointments disappear from the Schedule, Day, 3-Day, Week, and Month views.
Choosing Hide all in the pop-up turns this toggle off, so you can turn it back on here whenever you want to see those appointments again.
The setting is saved to your account and applies on iOS, Android, and the Web App. Change it on one device and your other devices follow. It's available on all plans.
What Stays the Same
Canceled and no-show appointments still appear in the client's profile appointment list.
Your Reports are not affected.
After you cancel an appointment or mark it as a no-show, the no-show protection options still appear, even if that appointment is hidden from your calendar. See No-Show Protection & Checkout Improvements.
